Manually Renewing or Reactivating MLOs

Institutions with 100 or fewer eligible MLOs can manually select and submit renewals or reactivations using the Renewal/Reactivation Selection List.

About this task

Use this procedure to manually renew or reactivate MLO registrations in NMLS. This method is recommended for smaller institutions and is available when 100 or fewer eligible MLOs remain. All MLOs submitted for renewal/reactivation must attest to their records to complete the process.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the NMLS Login page (Federal Context).
  2. Log in to your NMLS account.
Note: If you are landed on the NMLS Connect screen, select NMLS Federal Registry in the Quick Links section.
