Using the Renewal/Reactivation Activity Report
The Renewal/Reactivation Activity Report provides real-time information on MLO eligibility and status, helping institutions track and manage renewals and reactivations.
The Renewal/Reactivation Activity Report is available to institution users and provides a current list of employed Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) eligible for renewal or reactivation, along with their statuses. The report can be run on demand throughout the renewal period and helps institutions determine which MLOs to submit and how to submit them.
Purpose
The report shows which MLOs are eligible for renewal/reactivation, their current status, and whether they need to attest to their record. Institutions can use the report to decide whether to use manual submission or the upload process.

Accessing the report
To generate the report, log in to NMLS, click the Renew/Reactivate tab, and click the Excel icon next to the Renewal/Reactivation Activity Report.
Using the report for planning
Institutions can filter and sort the report to identify which MLOs are eligible for renewal or reactivation. This helps determine whether manual or upload submission is appropriate based on the number of eligible MLOs. The report aligns with the upload file format, making it easy to prepare CSV files for batch submission.
