Reviewing and Submitting MU4R on Behalf of an MLO

After an MLO attests to an MU4R filing, review redlined changes and submit the filing on behalf of the MLO.

About this task

Once an MLO has attested to an MU4R filing, the institution receives an email notification. The institution must log in to NMLS, review the attested filing for any changes, and submit it if acceptable. Redlined text highlights changes made by the MLO during attestation.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the NMLS Login page (Federal Context).
  2. Log in to your NMLS account.
Note: If you are landed on the NMLS Connect screen, select NMLS Federal Registry in the Quick Links section.
