Viewing the Institution Access List
Use the Institution Access screen to view and filter the list of Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) that have granted your institution access in NMLS.
About this task
The Institution Access screen displays all MLO records that your institution is authorized to view and manage. You can use filtering options such as Date Access Granted, NMLS ID, or Last Name to locate specific records.
Procedure
- Navigate to the NMLS Login page (Federal Context).

Log in to your NMLS account.
Note: If you are landed on the NMLS Connect screen, select NMLS Federal Registry in the Quick Links section.

Select the Federal context, if the
Context screen is displayed.
Note: Be sure you are in the Federal context by selecting Federal from the You are currently drop down list. Your screen should display the Federal Registry watermark.
- From the NMLS Home screen, select the Filing tab.

Select Institution Access from the sub-menu.
Note: The Institution Access screen displays with a list of MLOs to which your institution has access.
- Enter filter criteria such as Date Access Granted, NMLS ID, or Last Name, and click Filter.
