The Annual Renewal Checklist Compiler allows you to search for and download the appropriate license renewal checklists for the states in which you are licensed. Each checklist outlines specific documents or requirements that must be satisfied to complete your renewal.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Annual Renewal Checklist.
  2. Select the relevant checklist type filter option (e.g., Individual or Company).
  3. Use the State dropdown to select the state(s) where you are licensed.
  4. Use the available filters to narrow results by License Type, Renewal Year, or Checklist Name if needed.
  5. Click Search to display the matching checklist results.
  6. Select the appropriate checklist(s) and click Download PDF to save a copy for your records.
