About this task

The Composite View tab provides real-time information on the status of company, branch, and sponsored individual licenses. Reviewing renewal status helps companies confirm whether requests were successfully submitted, approved, or still pending. This feature is especially useful during the renewal and reinstatement periods.

Procedure

Navigate to the NMLS Login page.
- State context.
- Federal context.
Click the Composite View tab.
Select View Company from the submenu.
Click View License/Registration List from the left navigation panel.
Locate the Renewal Status column to review the status of each license.

Note: Common values include Renewal Submitted, Renewal Approved, and Failed to Renew. Use this column alongside Renewed Through Year to confirm whether the license is current for the upcoming year.
Follow up with your regulator if a renewal shows as deficient or not yet approved close to the deadline.
