Viewing Education Records in NMLS
Learn how to access and review your Pre-Licensure Education (PE) and Continuing Education (CE) records in NMLS Connect.
About this task
NMLS maintains a record of all Pre-Licensure Education (PE) and Continuing Education (CE) courses you have completed with approved providers.
These records are reported by the education providers and typically appear in your account within 7 calendar days of course completion.
Use the Education Record feature to verify that your PE has been posted before applying for a license, or to check CE completion during annual renewal.

Procedure
- Navigate to the NMLS Login page (State Context).
- Log in to your NMLS account.

Select the View Education Completion Record tile in the
Quick Links section.
The View Education Completion Record window opens in a lightbox on your screen.
- Review the list of completed PE and CE courses. Confirm that required hours and subjects are correctly reflected.
- If any expected course is missing, contact the education provider to verify that it has been reported to NMLS.
