About this task

Some state agencies may require a Credit report as part of Renewal. As an effort to reduce errors associated with processing renewals carts, an enhancement was made to check an individual's Identity Verification (IDV) status prior to the individual requesting or attesting for renewal. An individual will not be allowed to submit or attest to a license that requires a credit report for renewals when their IDV status is unverified.
