Identifying Branch Managers
Identify and maintain the Branch Manager for each licensed branch in the MU3 filing. Each Branch Manager must have an individual NMLS account and complete an Individual (MU2) Form.

Important: Each Branch Manager must have an individual NMLS account and complete an Individual (MU2) Form.
Procedure
- Navigate to the NMLS Login page (State Context).
- Log in to your NMLS account.

Select from the menu.
The Branch Filing screen is displayed.

Select Create New Filing.
The Branch Search screen is displayed.

Enter search criteria and select Search.
The Branch Search Results screen is displayed.

Select the desired Branch ID hyperlink.
Note: If the branch record does not yet exist, select Create Branch to create it before starting the MU3 filing.The Branch Form (MU3) opens, beginning on the Business Activities screen.
- Open the Branch Managers section.

- Click the Edit icon next to the record.
- Update the Industry Type and State(s) as needed.
- Click Save.
