Identifying Branch Managers

Identify and maintain the Branch Manager for each licensed branch in the MU3 filing. Each Branch Manager must have an individual NMLS account and complete an Individual (MU2) Form.

About this task

Use the Branch Managers section of the Branch (MU3) Form to designate the individual responsible for branch operations. The Branch Manager must meet the requirements of the state(s) where the branch seeks licensure or registration. Only one Branch Manager may be identified for each industry type in a given state. For multi-industry license types, multiple Branch Managers may be required.
