Managing MU2 Forms for Branch Managers on the Branch MU3 Form

Learn how to manage MU2 forms for company representatives by linking and updating their information within your company’s MU1 form in NMLS.

About this task

Branch managers identified in a Branch (MU3) filing must have an associated MU2 Individual Form. This form can be managed from within the MU3 filing in NMLS.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the NMLS Login page (State Context).
  2. Log in to your NMLS account.
  3. Select Filing > Branch (MU3) from the menu.
    The Branch Filing screen is displayed.
  4. Select Create New Filing.
    The Branch Search screen is displayed.
  5. Enter search criteria and select Search.
    The Branch Search Results screen is displayed.
  6. Select the desired Branch ID hyperlink.
    Note: If the branch record does not yet exist, select Create Branch to create it before starting the MU3 filing.
    The Branch Form (MU3) opens, beginning on the Business Activities screen.
  7. Select MU2 Forms from the left navigation panel.
