Review your company’s licenses, filings, and regulatory actions using the Company Snapshot in Composite View.
About this task
The Company Snapshot in Composite View provides the most current information about your company’s licenses, filings, and regulatory activity. It consolidates data from multiple areas of NMLS, allowing you to monitor license or registration status across company, branch, control person, and sponsored individual records, as well as key filing and reporting obligations.
Procedure
- Navigate to the NMLS Login page (State Context).
- Log in to your NMLS account.
- Select .

Review the available sections of the Company Snapshot for the following information:
- Identifying Information – Core details such as company name, NMLS ID, and main address.
- Other Trade Names – Additional names under which your company conducts business.
- State License/Registration Information – All active, pending, terminated, or surrendered licenses or registrations, including status and effective dates.
- State Regulatory Actions – Any regulatory actions issued by state agencies.
- Control Persons and Qualifying Individuals – MU2-associated individuals such as control persons, branch managers, and qualifying individuals.
- Pending Advance Change Notices – Notices for upcoming changes to key company information requiring advance regulatory review.
- Recent MCR Filing(s) – Most recent Mortgage Call Report submissions and statuses.
- Recent Financial Statement Filing(s) – Most recent financial statement submissions and statuses.
- Books and Records Information – Location(s) of your company’s books and records as reported in NMLS.
- Identify any items requiring action, such as pending filings, outstanding regulator requests, or upcoming deadlines.
Results
By reviewing this consolidated information, you can quickly determine license statuses, track pending filings, and ensure timely compliance with state licensing requirements.
