Using the Company Dashboard to Determine License and Filing Status
Learn how to use the Company Dashboard in NMLS to view the status of company, branch, control person, and sponsored individual licenses and filings, as well as important reporting deadlines.
About this task
The Company Dashboard provides a consolidated, real-time view of your organization’s licenses, filings, and reporting deadlines in NMLS. This includes the status of Company (MU1), Individual (MU2), Branch (MU3), and Mortgage Loan Originator (MU4) records, along with key regulatory reports and submissions. Information is refreshed every two hours.
You can use the dashboard to quickly identify:
- Active, approved, pending, or deficient licenses for your company, branches, control persons, and sponsored MLOs.
- Pending filings requiring attestation or submission.
- Outstanding license items that may require additional documentation or action.
- Upcoming or overdue regulatory reporting deadlines.
