- Submitting Annual Financial Statements
  Submit the annual financial statement for your company through NMLS within 90 days of your fiscal year end.

  The Money Services Businesses (MSB) Call Report was developed with the goal of enhancing and standardizing the information available to state regulators concerning the activities of their Money Services Businesses licensees (money transmitters, check cashers, prepaid, etc.). Licensees will be able to complete the report directly in NMLS.

  When completing the MSB Call Report, the System validates the data entered and provides completeness checks or warnings if data is missing or invalid, exceeds certain thresholds, or requires an explanatory note.

  A submitted MSB Call Report can only be amended within 24 months after the end of the filing period. Amending an MSB Call Report does not reset the 24-month limit.

Creating an MCR Filing

Procedure

Navigate to the NMLS Login page.
- State context.
- Federal context.
Log in to your NMLS account.
Select the Filing tab.
Select the Call Reports button.
Select the Mortgage Call Report button.
Select the Create New MCR button.
Enter the appropriate year and period.
Select the Create MCR button.

Results

NMLS will create an FC component and one or more RMLA components based on where the company is actively licensed and required to file.
