- Submitting Annual Financial Statements
  Submit the annual financial statement for your company through NMLS within 90 days of your fiscal year end.

  The mortgage call report (MCR) is required to be completed by all state licensed companies and companies employing state licensed mortgage loan originators (MLOs).

- Money Services Businesses (MSB) Call Report
  The Money Services Businesses (MSB) Call Report was developed with the goal of enhancing and standardizing the information available to state regulators concerning the activities of their Money Services Businesses licensees (money transmitters, check cashers, prepaid, etc.). Licensees will be able to complete the report directly in NMLS.

  - Creating an MSB Call Report Filing
    Create a new call report filing so you can either upload or manually enter the data.
  - MSB Call Report: Upload Filing as XML or CSV
    Your Call Report data can be uploaded using the XML schema or a comma separated values (CSV) file (commonly saved from Excel®).
  - MSB Call Report: Add a State to the Filing
    It is possible to upload multiple states at once through the MSB Call Report XML or CSV upload process. It is also possible to manually add states to the ST section.
  - MSB Call Report: Mark Sections Ready to Submit
    Each section, including sections without any business activity during the quarter, must be marked ready before the MSB Call Report can be submitted. Users can view, edit, or delete any section prior to submission on the MSB Call Report Sections page.
  - Submit the MSB Call Report
    A completeness check for the entire MSB Call Report is required prior to submission.
- MSB Call Report: Managing Completeness Checks and Warnings
  When completing the MSB Call Report, the System validates the data entered and provides completeness checks or warnings if data is missing or invalid, exceeds certain thresholds, or requires an explanatory note.
- MSB Call Report: Amending a Submitted Report
  A submitted MSB Call Report can only be amended within 24 months after the end of the filing period. Amending an MSB Call Report does not reset the 24-month limit.

The call report processs requires creating a new filing, uploading or manually entering the data, reviewing and checking for completeness, and finally attesting to the accuracy of the information and submitting the filing.
