Indicating No Authorized Agents to Report

Use the No Agents to Report or No Changes to Report options in NMLS to meet your UAAR reporting obligations when you have no agent locations to report or no changes since your last filing.

About this task

If your company does not have any authorized agents to report for an initial submission, or has no changes for a subsequent reporting period, you must indicate this in NMLS. Selecting No Agents to Report or No Changes to Report allows you to legally attest to your reporting obligation without uploading a file.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the NMLS Login page.
  2. Select the State context and sign in to NMLS.
  3. Click the Tasks tab.
  4. Click Manage Authorized Agents.
  5. If your company has no agents to report for the initial reporting period, click No Agents to Report.
  6. For subsequent reporting periods with no changes, click No Changes to Report.
  7. Read the attestation language, select the checkbox, and click Attest and Submit.
Note: This attestation fulfills your UAAR reporting requirement when no agents or no changes exist.
