Surrendering or Withdrawing a License

How to complete a surrender or withdrawal request in NMLS.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the NMLS Login page (State Context).
2. Log in to your NMLS account.
3. Click the Surrender or Withdraw link in the My Licenses section of NMLS Connect.
   The Individual MU4 Form opens.
4. Select Surrender or Withdraw in the Licenses and Submitted Applications section.
5. Attest and submit the surrender or withdrawal request.
