Determining License or Registration Status

Explains how to check the current status of an individual license or registration in NMLS.

About this task

Use NMLS to confirm the approval, pending, or deficient status of a license or registration application.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the NMLS Login page.
  2. Log in to your NMLS account.
  3. Select Filing > Individual from the menu.
    The Individual Filings screen is displayed.
  4. Click the Composite View tab.
  5. Select View Individual.
  6. Review the License Status section for up-to-date information.
