A-D License or Registration Information A list of the state agencies, license names, license requirement statutes, the Temporary Authority to Operate eligibility.
E-F Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Credit Report Requirements Indicates if a CBC and/or Credit Report is required at the time of new application.
G-J Education Provides the Pre- Education (PE) Requirements, including if individuals have state specific PE required in addition to the 20 SAFE Act required hours.
K-N NMLS Document Uploads Lists if the documents referenced in the column headers is required to be uploaded in the Document Uploads section of the MU4. A Yes indicator in these columns means the document listed must be uploaded during the new application process.
O-V Fees Provides the fees required for the selected license as well as any additional information needed.
W-X Remote Work Indicates if work remote is allowed and any associated requirements.
