Choose the appropriate licenses your company needs to apply for or transition, based on the states in which you plan to operate and the business activities you conduct.

About this task
When completing the Company MU1 Filing, you must select the licenses your company is applying for or transitioning. License selection is based on your company’s business activities and the states where you intend to operate. Each state may offer multiple license types, so it's important to review state-specific requirements before making your selections.
Procedure
- Select the licenses or registrations for which you are applying.

Enter your existing license number if you are
transitioning a current license as instructed by your regulator.
Note: Contact the appropriate state regulator if you have questions regarding specific licenses or registrations.
- Click Next.
- Confirm the licenses or registrations you have selected.
- Click Continue with Filing.
