Amending Answers to Disclosure Questions

Explains how to amend previously submitted answers to disclosure questions in an MU4 filing.

About this task

If your legal, regulatory, or financial circumstances change, you may need to amend answers to disclosure questions in NMLS.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the NMLS Login page (State Context).

  3. Select Update Record in the Quick Links section.
    The MU4 Form is opened.
  4. Select the Disclosure Questions link on the left navigation panel.
  5. Answer each question and provide explanations or documentation if required.
