Prior to a group appointment or group scheduling, a Criminal Background Check Authorization must be submitted in NMLS for each individual that will be fingerprinted during the session. Each individual will need to print out and bring a copy of the Criminal Background Check Requests page from their NMLS account. The fingerprint representative will use this information to confirm the individual’s name, NMLS ID number, and they have an open Criminal Background Check Authorization.
Personalized Group Appointments - Fieldprint can arrange to visit your location to capture fingerprints for groups of 30 or more individuals. The cost of this service is in addition to any NMLS fees and will vary based on the location and number of individuals to be fingerprinted. A minimum of two weeks advance notice is requested. Additionally, due to high volume during certain times of year, not all requests may be able to be accommodated. Please call 877-614-4361 for a cost estimate based on your specific needs.
Group Scheduling - A group scheduling option at an existing NMLS-approved livescan site is available for groups of 10 or more mortgage loan originators. We can schedule your group of MLOs at one of NMLS approved livescan sites at a specific date and time. This can be more efficient than having your MLOs schedule their fingerprint collection at various dates and times. There is no additional cost for this service.
