Registered Exempt Person This registration is for any person who is exempt from licensure under A.R.S. Title 6, Chapter 9, Article 1 as a Federally chartered Savings Bank and that is registered with NMLS who wishes to sponsor one or more Loan Originators licensed by AzDFI.
