The following requirements are handled through a common process for all jurisdictions:

Renewals - Annual license renewal for 2010

Company Licenses Description Requirements Checklist
Mortgage Banker License This License is required of any person who for compensation or gain, or in the expectation of compensation or gain, directly or indirectly makes, issues commitments, negotiates, places, assists in placement, finds or offers to negotiate, place, assist in placement or find mortgage loans on Arizona property for others. There must be a principal place of business (office) in the State of Arizona. (More Details)

Branch Licenses Description Requirements Checklist
Mortgage Banker Branch License This License is required for all locations, other than the main (Corporate) office identified on the Mortgage Banker License, whether located in Arizona or not, which holds out to the public that they transact mortgage banking business from that location. Individual Licenses Description Requirements Checklist
Mortgage Loan Originator License This license is required of a natural person who for compensation or gain or in the expectation of compensation or gain does any of the following: a) Takes a residential mortgage loan application, b) Offers or negotiates terms of a residential mortgage loan, c) On behalf of a borrower, negotiates with a lender or note holder to obtain temporary or permanent modification in an existing residential mortgage loan agreement.
