 State-Licensed Training Workshops 

The content presented in the NMLS Workshops is available in other formats (Navigation Guides, Quick Guides, etc.) free of charge on the NMLS Resource Center.  The Workshops are designed for users who wish to have functionality demonstrated and want an opportunity to ask questions.

NMLS Training Webinars are now hosted via an online Learning Management System (LMS). Save the page as a bookmark for future use.

You must first register with the LMS by creating a user name and password. Once you create an account, you can browse and register for all NMLS training offerings, now including previously recorded webinars at a reduced cost.

In addition, the LMS keeps track of your progress by recording and storing information about the webinars and courses you have taken, and allows users to manually enter and track training that they have taken on their own, such as conferences or seminars.

Note that courses taken via the LMS DO NOT count as Continuing Education (CE).

Amendments and Advance Change Notice

NMLS will hold a training session on submitting amendments to an NMLS record, including providing Advance Change Notice (ACN). Topics will include an overview and demonstration of these functions within NMLS, as well as the resources available on the NMLS Resource Center. The webinar will include a live question and answer opportunity.

The session includes an overview of the NMLS Renewal Period and requirements, resources available on the NMLS Resource Center, and a demonstration of helpful NMLS features used for renewal preparation. The webinar will include a live question and answer opportunity.
