Description
NMLS will conduct a professionally moderated information session on November 5, 2010 to provide regulators with an overview of the credit report functionality in NMLS.
- A representative from TransUnion will walk through a credit report and provide the basics of where the information comes from, how it is reported and what it means.
- A representative from VantageScore will talk about the history of the VantageScore-how it was developed, who is involved and what those 3 digit scores really mean.
- A review of your responsibilities with handling this information and the legal expectations imposed will be discussed.
