 Course Provider Resources 

 1. Becoming an Approved Provider

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION. Provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the forms and submit the online application to become an approved course provider.
Application that will supplement the online form for applying to become an NMLS approved course provider.

 2. Course Approval

Provides instructions and the details required to submit a course to NMLS for approval as well as how to establish and maintain course offerings.
Classroom Course Application form to supplement the online process for applying to have a course NMLS approved in a classroom format. Please complete and save electronically.

 3. Reporting Student Hours (Credit Banking)

Explains step-by-step how to submit or upload course completions into NMLS.

 4.Course Renewals

Provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the forms and submit the online application in order to have an existing NMLS approved course renewed.

Listing of the updated issues, both open and closed, regarding complaints and procedural issues of approved course providers.
Results of the latest survey results can be found here.
Demonstrates and provides information on best practices for citing federal and state laws and regulations and providing references for sources in both texts and slide presentations. All NMLS approved courses are required to cite sources.
Notice Regarding NMLS Actions to Ensure Compliance with 2 Year Rule. The 2 year rule does not allow an MLO to take the same CE course 2 years in a row.
